There is no program available which can detect a KEYKatcher - and there never will be!The KeyKatcher secretly records everything that is typed on the keyboard. A microcontroller interprets the data, and stores information in the non-volatile memory. Nonvolatile memory retains the information even when there is a loss of power. This means that the KEYKatcher device can be unplugged, and the information will not be lost. Monitor your children, employees, and unauthorized access to your own computer. Excellent keystroke logger! Stores whatever is typed on the keyboard. The device can be attached and detached freely without losing any data by storing the data on non-volatile memory. How it installs

The KEYKatcher is probably the easiest piece of hardware that you will ever install! To begin the installation, unplug the keyboard cable from the back of your computer. Next, plug the KEYKatcher into the keyboard cable end you just removed from the rear of your computer. Now, plug the KEYKatcher into the back of your computer where you previously removed the cable. If you would like, you can slide heat shrink tubing (included) between the KEYKatcher and the keyboard cable. Use a hair dryer to tighten the heat shrinks tubing. This tubing will keep the KEYKatcher connected to the keyboard cable unless you cut the tubing, this will serve to let you know if the device has been removed or tampered with. Installation is that easy and can be completed in a matter of seconds.

How to View the Information

Viewing the data recorded to the device is easy, simply attach to a computer and type in the password while in a text editor, the KEY Katcher comes to life. The microcontroller is constantly checking to see if the password has been typed. A menu is sent to the screen of the computer, and the user has the option to erase memory, view memory, change password, or disable the device. The password can be changed at any time and the device can be set to not record keystrokes by toggling it on/off while still plugged in.
